Hyderabad delivery
- Immediate delivery (1–4 hours): via Uber, Rapido or Porter. Rates are based on distance and time as shown in the app, charged at actuals.
- Regular delivery (1–3 days): via courier. Minimum ₹45; ₹80 per kg.
Rest of Telangana
Via courier: minimum ₹45; ₹80 per kg.
Andhra Pradesh
Via courier: minimum ₹45; ₹80 per kg.
Shipment time
Orders within India are delivered within 3–7 business days, as per the courier network.
All international shipments are delivered within 4–10 business days.
Sweets, snacks and special foods need 1–2 days of preparation, so those orders ship within 1–2 days. Pickles, powders, dry fruits and gourmet grocery items are usually in stock and dispatched the same day.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
We use multiple courier services based on your delivery location. Once your shipment starts, you receive email and mobile tracking updates.
Damages
Every shipment can be insured for a specified amount, which customers can select at checkout; the insured amount can then be claimed. Report any damage immediately.
Customs, duties and taxes
All customs duties and taxes are payable by the customer.
